Refund Policy

At The CollabHub, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for our clients. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and fees:

Onboarding Fee

Once you have paid the onboarding fee, it is non-refundable. Onboarding fees are applicable at the beginning of the service engagement and is a one-time fee. We may offer a free trial for a specified period, during which no fee is charged. However, if you decide to continue with our service after the trial period, an onboarding fee becomes applicable.

Monthly Charges

Upon confirmation of the engagement, we will bill you at the end of each month for the services utilized during that month. You are required to pay for the services based on your usage. We reserve the right to bill you twice a month, resulting in bi-monthly charges, without altering the monthly fee amount. Regardless of the billing frequency, charges will be applied only at the end of the billing period.

Notice Period

If the engagement continues for more than two months, a one-month notice period is applicable for both parties. This notice period is chargeable, and no discounts will be provided unless agreed upon. For instance, if the engagement spans four months and you decide to discontinue our service, you are required to fulfill the fifth month with us along with the associated fees.

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to project-based engagements. For projects with a fixed duration, an advance fee is mandatory up to a specified amount. The full payment must be made upon project completion.
