By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

1. Our Services

The CollabHub provides backend operations support, delegation systems, process documentation, virtual assistance, and consulting services tailored for small to mid-sized professional firms.

Our key service categories include:

• Pilot System Setup (e.g., Meeting Prep Engine, Delegation Starter Kit)
• Ongoing Retainer Support
• Custom Operations & Workflow Consulting

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Who We Work With

We serve licensed firms and businesses operating in the financial, accounting, real estate, and consulting sectors. You must be an authorized representative of your firm to engage us.

We do not work with individual consumers, students, or end-clients of our clients. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and refuse service where necessary.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, updated business and contact information
• Cooperate during onboarding, feedback, and reviews
• Maintain confidentiality of login or operational data shared with us
• Not resell, duplicate, or redistribute our work, systems, or templates without written consent

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay delivery or result in termination of services.

4. Payments and Fees

All service fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Pilot Systems: One-time payment before setup
• Retainer Packages: Paid monthly in advance
• Custom Consulting: Milestone-based or as agreed

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or equivalent gateways. Invoices are shared via email or your preferred client dashboard. Service may be paused if payment is delayed by over 7 days.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

We treat all client data and information with strict confidentiality.

• Internal access is restricted to assigned team members only
• Files, passwords, and systems are managed securely using vetted tools
• We do not share, resell, or reuse any of your internal materials or client information

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created specifically for your business — including workflows, SOPs, internal tools, and documentation — become your property upon delivery.

However:

• You may not resell or distribute them to third parties without our written permission.
• Any frameworks, templates, or methodologies used internally by The CollabHub remain our intellectual property.

7. Website Use

You are welcome to browse our site and contact us for service inquiries. You may not:

• Reproduce or republish any website content without permission
• Use bots, scraping tools, or reverse engineer our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or misuse our forms or contact systems

We reserve the right to block any user or IP showing suspicious behavior or violating these terms.

8. Termination of Service

We or the client may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. In such cases:

• All completed work is billed proportionately
• Any excess advance payment will be refunded if applicable
• Partially delivered materials will be handed over in raw format where possible

We may terminate services immediately for ethical violations, non-payment, harassment, or breach of agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific business results. You agree that:

• The CollabHub is not responsible for financial losses, compliance failures, or business decisions made based on our deliverables
• We do not offer legal or financial advice; consult licensed professionals

Our maximum liability is limited to the total service fees paid by you in the last 60 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or business operations. All updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
